Our factory operates across 5 production workshops and 5 standardized production lines with a team of 288 skilled employees. The production facility has the capacity to handle both regular supply and volume orders, with monthly output reaching 100,000 pairs of welding gloves, 60,000 welding caps, 6,000 protective garments, 3,000 welding screens and 1,000 high-temperature protective blankets.
Raw Material Storage
Our raw material warehouse keeps leather, fabrics and accessories in different specifications and colors organized per batch for easy handling and traceability. We maintain a dry, well-ventilated storage environment to guarantee the quality and condition of our materials. We also maintain a sufficient stock on hand for a steady flow into sorting, cutting and subsequent production processes.
Material Cutting Workshop

Material Cutting
All the selected fabrics and leather are inspected first before further processing. Surface defects and unwanted material are removed before entering the cutting process. Using dedicated cutting equipment and custom dies, we cut each material accurately into the individual components required for welding hoods, gloves, sleeves, aprons and other products. At this stage, all the dimensions are controlled very carefully for accurate assembly and consistent stitching later in production. Each cut leather piece also undergoes an initial inspection, with defective pieces removed before they move to the next process.

Glove Reinforcement Strip Cutting
For this important preparation step in our welding glove production, we use dedicated cutting equipment to cut leather evenly into strips of the required width to produce welts for reinforced glove seams . The width is kept consistent and the edges are cut clean, so each strip fits properly with the main glove components during stitching. This adds strength to the protective structure and makes sure the finished glove you receive is comfortable to wear.
Leather Sorting
Once the leather arrives at the workshop, each hide is sorted and inspected by hand. Our workers check the thickness, flexibility, surface condition and consistency, removing any material that is damaged, too thin or uneven. The approved leather is then sorted according to its intended use, such as welding hoods, gloves, sleeves or aprons, so the right material moves forward to the cutting process. This early inspection gives us better control over material quality from the beginning.
Sewing & Packaging Workshop
Sewing
We use flame-resistant thread and industrial-grade sewing machines throughout the sewing process. A consistent stitch spacing is always maintained across each product. We reinforce double stitching at the high-stress areas for greater seam strength and resistance to pulling or splitting. We make sure the seams hold up against welding sparks and the high temperatures encountered during regular use.
Snap Fastener Installation
We install metal snap fasteners on gloves, aprons, sleeves and other protective products using dedicated fastening equipment. These fasteners are used for secure closure, fit adjustment or reinforcement at key areas. Each snap is positioned accurately and firmly attached to reduce the chance of loosening or coming off during use, which adds both durability and everyday convenience.
Glove Turning
Each glove after sewing is turned right side out with the help of specialized tools, bringing the finished surface to the outside and keeping the seams neatly inside. Our workers then shape the glove and straighten the cuffs, fingers and seams so it sits properly and maintains its intended form. Once finished, the gloves are ready for final inspection and packaging.
Quality Inspection
Each finished glove, welding hood, apron and other protective product goes through a complete inspection before packing. We check the material for damage or any loose thread, verify dimensions, stitch spacing, and inspect reinforced areas against production requirements. All the small details such as snap fasteners, edge finishing and joined sections are also checked if they are properly secured. Only products that pass the full inspection move on to cleaning and packaging stage.
Packaging
After the quality inspection is completed, the protection products are sorted by specification and placed in the appropriate packaging bags along with the compliant product labels and required instructions. They are then packed carefully to keep the products clean and protected during storage, transportation and delivery.
Welding Screen Workshop
Material Cutting
PVC rolls are cut to the required length and width using CNC cutting equipment. The controlled cutting process keeps each screen panel consistent in size with clean and even edges. It is also able to accurately assemble and provide reliable protection in the finished welding screens.
Edge Heat Sealing
The cut PVC panels are heat-sealed along the edges under controlled heat and pressure. This creates a smooth, reinforced finish on the panels that resists cracking, scratches and moisture. As a result, the welding screens have greater durability for regular use in demanding work environments.
Corner Cutting
The screen panels can be finished with square corners or trimmed corners according to the given requirements by clients.
Surface Cleaning
After processing, the PVC screens pass through roller brushes and a dust extraction system to remove any dust or debris left on the surface. This keeps the finished screens clean and ready for subsequent handling, storage and delivery.
Finished Goods Warehouse
Packed products are organized by batch and specification, with each carton clearly labeled for accurate inventory management and efficient order dispatch. We own a dedicated and spacious warehouse that is kept dry and well-ventilated throughout the year to protect finished goods from moisture or damage during storage.
