Welding Pants
Our welding pants are made from 1.1–1.2 mm split cowhide for protection against welding heat, sparks and spatter, with particular coverage across the front of the thighs. The leather also provides good resistance to abrasion and tearing for arc welding, gas welding, TIG welding and other welding work.
DuPont Kevlar flame-resistant thread is used throughout the stitching for better resistance to heat and pulling. The durable split cowhide leather reduces the risk of seams burning through and opening during work giving it longevity.
- Loose straight-leg fit provides enough room for comfortable movement without restricting the legs when crouching, kneeling and bending.
- Suspenders & waist belt gives a better adjustment of the pants and can fit different waist sizes.
- Adjustable leg openings allow the fit around the lower legs to be adjusted as needed.
Care: Do not wash with water. Air out and dry naturally after use, and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or damp conditions.
Both front and back side of the welding pants are made from split cowhide leather that provides effective protection against welding sparks, spatter and heat, with good resistance to abrasion and tearing.
- Split cowhide leather on the front protects the more exposed front of the legs against welding sparks, spatter and heat. Washable flame-retardant fabric at the back keeps the pants lighter where exposure to spatter is lower. When exposed to flame, the fabric chars rather than melting or forming hot droplets.
- Double-stitched with flame-resistant Kevlar thread for better durability.
